TROPIX SWIM ships worldwide from our Caribbean home base , Trinidad & Tobago. We have partnered exclusively with DHL to offer reliable and secure shipping to our customers globally.

All orders are in US dollars and will be converted by your bank to its local currency.

Once payment has been finalized , your order will take  2-4 business days to be processed, after which your purchase will be packaged and scheduled to be shipped. You will then receive an email confirmation, including your shipping tracking number and an estimated time of delivery. Delivery times may vary .

Disclaimer:due to COVID-19 restrictions, your estimated delivery time may be affected.

Please ensure your address is correct prior to checkout . TROPIX SWIM does not take responsibility for incorrect address information. We strongly recommend including a reachable phone number for courier contact delivery purposes.

Shipping charges do not include duties and tax fees imposed by your country’s Customs & Duty policies . TROPIX SWIM is not liable for delays in arrival due to Customs or  delays, lost packages or force majeure experienced by the shipping carrier.

TROPIX SWIM offers FREE shipping on all purchases to customers in Trinidad & Tobago.


TROPIX SWIM RETURN POLICY

TROPIX SWIM is committed to providing our customers with efficient and satisfactory service . 

Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged . In the unlikely event that it is received damaged or an inaccurate order sent, kindly email us within the same day of receipt and we will rectify as best as possible.  

Please note, all sale items are final , including all items sold during promotional discount sales and using discount codes on checkout.

TROPIX SWIM offers limited exchanges only, no refunds available. If an exchange cannot be made, store credit will be applied. Any items returned for exchange must be in their original condition (inclusive of tags, packaging and in tact swimsuit hygiene liners ).Item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, no exceptions. All criteria must be met to facilitate the request, otherwise, item will be returned to customer. 

Customer must email with an exchange request within 5 days of receipt and package shipped within 5 days after correspondence with TROPIX SWIM .

Shipping costs are non refundable and are the responsibility of the customer in the event of an exchange. 

Customers are allowed 1 exchange per order (not inclusive of any items on sale or purchased under promotion).

This exchange will be final.
